How credits work

Credits power the AI and export actions in the editor. Your balance is a running total; each action deducts credits and shows the cost before you confirm. Failed exports and failed AI actions are not charged, and switching caption scripts is always free.

What costs credits

Every chargeable action is listed below with its exact cost.

TranscriptionOne charge covers the whole caption pass: word-level timing, AI scene splitting into caption cards, AI spotlight-word detection for emphasis, and number and spelling clean-up. Rounded up to the nearest minute, so a 90-second clip costs 200 credits (2 minutes). Minimum charge is 100 credits regardless of length.
100 per minute
AI Clips & SpotlightScene splitting and spotlight-word detection run automatically on every transcription, so they are part of the per-minute rate rather than a separate charge. There is nothing to turn on and nothing extra to pay.
Included
Roman Script ConversionCharged when converting native script (e.g. Devanagari Hindi) to Roman characters. Applies to Hinglish and other transliterated captions.

Export: 1080pFull HD at about 2 Mbps, smallest file size. Available on all plans. Ideal for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

Export: 2KQHD at about 8 Mbps, sharper text and effects. Requires Creator plan or above.

Export: 4KUltra HD at about 16 Mbps, maximum sharpness. Requires Studio plan.

Free actions: Editing captions, changing styles, switching templates, previewing, and toggling scripts do not cost credits. You are only charged when you confirm a transcription, run AI clips, or start an export.
